Black hole consumes a star
If you aren’t fascinated by astronomy you’re wrong.
I think it should be added that those jets are pure energy being spewed out by the black hole. There is just so much energy and mass going into the black hole at one time that it overloads and shoots out for lightyears into space.
Not entirely accurate. The energy never makes it into the hole, instead it’s “spun up” by the incredible gravitational forces. Give a black hole lots to eat, it won’t get full and vomit on accident, unlike me.
Unless we’re talking Hawking radiation.

The Planet Thieves came out in Poland on Tuesday. That is really cool. I want to go to Poland.
I CAN’T DECIDE.
Obviously the orange pill. Then you go find the people who took the other pills and learn to do whatever they can do. If it’s any thing a human can do, and humans can do these other things, then the orange pill will give you the ability to master them all.
One pill to rule them all.
Ah but it says anything a human can do. Not anything a human can do after taking the pill.
Red pill is the way to go to be a superhero.

It’s been a long time coming, but I am pleased to say that The Planet Thieves is finally available to read. This book means a lot to me. It was my opportunity to create a world far in the future that I could play around in, and I’m not sure I’ve ever had as much fun writing a book. If you want to take a look, you can check it out here:
Hey friend. Planet Thieves comes out tomorrow. But tonight, I’m chatting with some cool dudes at Dungeon Crawlers Radio at 8:15 EST. If you want to listen to us talk about nerd related things, go here: http://www.dungeoncrawlersradio.com/

John Green writes a book about the time the Roman god of war got drunk and forgot to turn off the deep fryer and burned the coliseum down.
The Fault in our Mars.
The greatest games ever made. And one of the greatest stories ever told.

To celebrate the release of Jacqueline Green’s TRUTH OR DARE (May 14th), many YA authors have come together to share two truths and a lie about themselves for you readers to guess!
Next up, we have Dan Krokos, author of YA novels FALSE MEMORY AND FALSE SIGHT, plus a middle grade novel, THE PLANET THIEVES.
(The lie is revealed on the bottom right hand corner!)
BET U CANT GUESS
My favorite shot in any Nolan movie. Absolute favorite.
The early purple-turning-blue light of dawn, the look on his face as he revels in the chaos, and how the shit does he have his foot on the pedal?
